  1. Shipping Methods:

   - We offer shipping through reliable courier services including TCS, Leopards Courier, & Daewoo Fastex, whichever is fastest in your area for both standard and express shipping.

  1. Shipping Location:

   - We provide shipping services across all locations within Pakistan. 

  1. Processing Time:

   - Orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed within one day. For orders placed on weekends, please allow up to two days for processing.

  1. Shipping Time:

     - The estimated shipping time within Pakistan is as follows:

     - Punjab and KPK: 1-2 days

     - Sindh and Baluchistan: 2-4 days

  1. Shipping Charges:

   - We offer free delivery across Pakistan.

   - For express shipping, which ensures delivery within 24 hours after order placement, there will be an additional charge of Rs. 300.

a. Shipping to Out-of-Service Areas:

If your area/region falls in out-of-service territory, you have to pay us in advance before we deliver the products. 

  1. Order Tracking:

   - Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

   - You can track your order by visiting the courier's official website and entering the provided tracking number.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages:

   - In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately.

   - Provide us with pictures or video evidence of the lost or damaged package to facilitate the resolution process.

   - We will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action to compensate for your loss.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

   - Returns are applicable if you receive the wrong product or an incomplete product.

   - We accept returns within 24 hours of receiving the items.

   - If you receive damaged or incomplete products, we will exchange them for you.
